About us
Who we are
More than 30 years of experience and passion for flight simulation.
This is what many of the members of our great team from various fields of aviation and flight simulation bring to our work.
At the RAVO Flight Systems GmbH based in Germany, we work on unique, user-friendly products for professional use.
As a result, our products are for real pilots for training or also Home Cockpit Builders equally suitable.
In the design and development, we can draw on the experience from building various simulators with EASA FNPT II certification as well as Home Cockpits.
To make flying on the ground as easy as possible for our customers, our objectives for each product are clear: Quality, Authenticity, Plug-and-play.
Why RAVO?
We develop products that we wished we had when building our own home cockpits: Professional, high-quality plug-and-play hardware at an attractive
price. Our team of aviation engineers, technicians, and cockpit builders works on this with great enthusiasm and attention to detail day by day.
In terms of "Look and Feel", be as close as possible to the real model. This is important for the professional user, the home user, and for us.
Thanks to our RAVO Bridge software, our products are compatible with all major simulator platforms (Prepar3D, X-Plane 11 and 12, as well as MSFS 2020 and 2024) and of course also with add-ons such as PROSIM, ZIBO, PMDG or Ifly.
Manufacturing Process
Multi-layer painting and CNC milling: Our backlighting elements are produced using the same process as in real civil aviation.
The use of the CAN bus system, familiar from the aviation and automotive industries, ensures high reliability and low latency during operation.
Robust Construction
RAVO products are characterised by high stability. Each individual module is equipped with a metal housing, which among other things has low susceptibility to electromagnetic interference and also ensures durability.

Plug-and-play
Thanks to our modular system, the operation of individual components is also possible via the Daisy Chain Connections, which can be connected, exchanged, or omitted as desired.
For connecting to the simulator, you have the choice between the options USB or Ethernet. Both are included as standard.
With the RAVO Bridge software, our products can generally be operated plug&play.
